Please allow 2-3 business days for handling, which at this stage you will receive a tracking number from me. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, but during the holiday season, it could be between 5-10 business days for shipping. Shipping times are up to the carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. Should your package get lost in transit, please contact me via zahn.my.art@gmail.com within 48 hours in order to have your money returned to you. If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at zahn.my.art@gmail.com and I'll be happy to replace your item. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return. I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
